It has been announced that the performance held on December 14th at Yokohama Arena (Kohoku Ward, Yokohama) as part of voice actor, actor, and artist Mamoru Miyano's ongoing Asia tour, "MAMORU MIYANO ASIA LIVE TOUR 2025-2026 ~VACATIONING!~" will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW in February next year. In addition, a lineup for a three-month special broadcast and streaming of past live footage and music videos (MVs) has also been announced.
Additionally, there will be a giveaway event exclusively for WOWOW subscribers, where three people will be chosen by lottery to receive an autographed Polaroid photo of Miyano. Applications will begin after the program ends in February.
Miyano made his major debut with the single "Discovery" under King Records in 2008 and began his musical career. He has been actively creating music, releasing over 20 singles and eight original albums to date. He has been holding live shows since 2009, the year after his debut as an artist.
Following the release of their eighth original album, "FACE," on November 19th, they will embark on an Asia tour. In addition to Miyagi, Hyogo, and Kanagawa, performances are scheduled in China, Shanghai, and Taipei. The tour title, "VACATIONING!", was inspired by the experience gained from last year's live tour, "DRESSING!", and is a theme inspired by resort hotels with a wide variety of entertainment facilities.
The concerts will be held at Yokohama Arena on December 13th and 14th. The performance on the 14th will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW in February next year.
The lineup of consecutive features from March next year onwards is as follows:
"Mamoru Miyano LIVE HISTORY" (scheduled to be broadcast and streamed in March): Miyano has built his own unique worldview as a voice actor and artist, and this program will look back on the entertainment trajectory that Miyano has created through his performances to date, featuring footage of his live shows and newly filmed interviews with him.
"Mamoru Miyano MUSIC VIDEO COMPLETE" (scheduled to be broadcast and streamed in April): All of the music videos that Miyano has released so far will be broadcast and streamed at once. For some of the songs, Miyano will also talk about filming anecdotes and the thoughts he put into the work. This special program traces Miyano's footsteps as an artist over his 17 years.
