Singer Akina Nakamori will be hosting the radio program "Akina Nakamori's All Night Nippon GOLD ~All Time Request~" (Nippon Broadcasting System) from 8:00 pm on December 12th. The program will run for four hours, with Mitz Mangrove and Tadashi Kakihana serving as Nakamori's partners.
The program will look back on Nakamori's activities in 2025, and will cover topics such as behind-the-scenes stories from her much-talked-about outdoor festival, her fan club-only live performance, her appearance in an anime that she described as "very nervous standing alongside voice actors," her collaboration with the hometown tax program of Kiyose City, Tokyo, where she is from, and her cover of Seiko Matsuda's song "Akai Sweet Pea," which she felt a strong attachment to and was nervous about taking on.
When her partner Mitsu asked, "It's an urban legend, but there's a rumor that Akina doesn't really like 'Kinku'...", Nakamori replied, "It doesn't blend in with the other songs on the concert stage, so I can't really sing it," revealing that "Kinku," which is based on electronic sounds, is rarely included in the set list of concerts which are made up of live band sounds.
In addition, requests from listeners will be introduced one after another. They will talk about the behind-the-scenes stories behind the creation of the requested songs and episodes from the jacket photo shoot, and there will also be a moment when they will casually reveal, "I'll be singing this at this year's dinner show."
