The 50th episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Bakebake " (General TV, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM and other times), starring Akari Takaishi, was broadcast on December 5th. In this episode, viewers were captivated by Tommy Bastow's performance, which portrayed Heaven's complex emotions.
When Toki (Takaishi) tells Heaven that she is going to rendezvous with Kotani (Shimokawa Kyohei), Heaven asks where she is going. Toki replies, "Kotani, I know, but I don't," to which Heaven replies, "Okay. Come on."
Kotani takes Toki to Seikoin Temple, a famous ghost story spot that Toki knows well. Seikoin Temple is a place that holds many memories for Toki, as she visited it with her uncle and father, Den (Shinichi Tsutsumi), and her ex-husband, Ginjiro (Kanichiro). Toki's excitement reaches its peak, but Kotani seems a little overwhelmed.
Meanwhile, Heaven was unable to make progress while Toki was out, and her mind was elsewhere. At times, she looked as if she was worried about something.
Afterwards, when Toki returns, Heaven asks, "Did you have any fun at home?" Toki answers, "No. There wasn't." Heaven calls out to Toki as he tries to leave the room, "Shijimi-san!" but he can't find the words and mutters, "It's nothing." When Toki shows concern and asks, "What is it?" Heaven replies, "I don't care," and laughs. The 50th episode came to a close, capturing Heaven's relieved expression.
