The plastic model "HG 1/144 Dragnar 1 Lifter 1 Equipped Type" (Bandai Spirits), a Dragnar 1 equipped with Lifter 1 that appears in the robot anime "Metal Armor Dragonar," which aired from 1987 to 1988, will be resold on Bandai Namco Group's official shopping site, Premium Bandai. The popular item, which was released on the site in 2021 and "sold out immediately," is priced at 4,180 yen.
The Lifter 1 equipped Dragnar 1 has been recreated in three dimensions with completely new molding. Attention has been paid to the molding of the external armor and internal structure, and the tricolor body color has been reproduced by dividing the parts. The Lifter 1 is equipped with a gimmick that allows the wings to deploy. It also comes with a head visor part based on the Dragnar 1 that appears in the opening video. The Dragnar 1 in the opening video is also known as the "Varignar" because it was created by popular animator Masami Obari.
Scheduled to ship in December.
