New visuals have been released for "WESSION FESTIVAL 2025," the first music festival hosted by the popular group "WEST." to be held in October at Osaka Expo Commemoration Park (Suita City, Osaka Prefecture).
WOWOW's monthly regular program "WESSION" (first broadcast and streamed on June 29th at 9pm) invites artists who are friends with WEST. and artists that WEST. would like to work with to the studio to talk about music, and even hold sessions with songs they have written for WEST. and songs they would like to sing. The first episode on June 29th features Kiyosaku and Takazato Satoru from rock band MONGOL800 as guests. They will perform a session of "SOUTH WEST BEACH!!", a song that Kiyosaku wrote for WEST., with an original MONGOL800 arrangement. In addition, the members of WEST. will delve deeper into what they would like to ask MONGOL800 and their attention to detail when creating songs.
"WESSION FESTIVAL 2025" will be held on both October 12th and 13th at the East Plaza of Expo Commemoration Park in Osaka. Doors open at 11:00 am, the show starts at 1:00 pm, and is scheduled to end at 8:00 pm. Tickets are one-day tickets for both days, costing 15,000 yen each. The first official advance ticket application (lottery) will run from 9:30 pm on June 29th to 11:59 pm on July 6th.
