The first episode of Fuji TV's " Getsuku" drama "Second to Last Love 3 " (Monday 9pm), starring Kyoko Koizumi and Kiichi Nakai , was broadcast on April 14th. The scene where Chiaki, a TV station producer played by Koizumi, says "Why doesn't Netflix invite me?" became a hot topic on social media.

The drama is set in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is the third season of the story that depicts the love between a TV station producer played by Koizumi and a city employee played by Nakai. The script was written by Yoshikazu Okada, who also wrote the first season in 2012 and the second season in 2014, and this work depicts the story 11 years after the second season.
Chiaki will soon be turning 60. Looking back on her recent participation in a seminar for employees approaching retirement age, she confides to veteran staff member Mitsui (Kubota Maki) and others, "I can't help but wonder, what's going to happen to me after this?"
"I'm hoping to stay on after I retire, but I'm not sure if that will happen. Also, I've formed a great team like this, and I want to create more and more (works) with everyone. I want to do things like streaming. I wonder why Netflix won't invite me?"
Mitsui and the others agreed with Chiaki's words, saying, "That's right!" and "Exactly!" Chiaki then confessed her true feelings, saying, "If I go there, I feel like I can do whatever I want."
Afterwards, Chiaki actually gets a call from a Netflix representative. "What kind of timing is this? It's scary! Are we going to win an Emmy?" says Chiaki with a happy look on her face. Mitsui and the others excitedly tell her, "I hear the budget is amazing," and "I hear the staff's salaries are high, too."
However, the subject of the call was that Chiaki wanted to use material from a drama she had made a long time ago.
