The drama is set in a television news program and is a socially conscious entertainment piece that pursues the truth buried in the darkness and brings evil to justice.
Koike is a station announcer for JBN, and although he is often thrown around by the words and actions of the main caster, Shindo (Abe-san), he responds calmly. In the first episode, Koike is shown smoothly presenting the program.
This is Tsukishiro's first drama series appearance since she left the Takarazuka Revue in July last year. It is also her first time playing an announcer, and she has been preparing for the role by taking announcing lessons and visiting a news department.
On social media, comments such as "Her beauty really stands out and her pronunciation is great, making her a great choice of casting. She's truly a top star from Takarazuka," "Isn't this female newscaster so good at reading the lines as an announcer? I wondered if she was a professional, but it turns out she's a former top star from Takarazuka," "Kanato Tsukishiro," "Tsukishiro-san, the way she walked into the studio was so cool, it looked like she was raising the wind with her shoulders," and "Tsukishiro Kanato has a great voice, so at first I thought she might be a real newscaster," were posted and attracted attention.
