A figure of Super Asurada 01 from the anime series "Future GPX Cyber Formula" called "Variable Action Hi-SPEC UNITED Future GPX Cyber Formula Super Asurada 01" (Megahouse) will be released. It will cost 69,800 yen.
This is the second release in the "Hi-SPEC UNITED" series of "Future GPX Cyber Formula", a collaboration between Hong Kong figure manufacturer threezero and Megahouse. Aiming to be the "Ultimate Super Asurada 01", it features complete transformation, LED lighting, and sound gimmicks. It comes with a dedicated stand for playing the sound, and can play the theme song, sound effects, and famous lines all at the same time.
Aiming to perfectly reproduce the boost-on state, the boost pot jumps up when the boost lever is pressed, and the line "Boost pot activated, countdown to engine critical point begins" is automatically played, along with sound effects and LED lighting. The original voice actors have gathered together for the first time in about 30 years to record the lines, and the completely new recordings were done by Sadayoshi Fujino, who was the sound director for the anime. The figure is about 31 cm long.
