A teaser trailer for the latest installment in the popular anime series "KING OF PRISM" "KING OF PRISM-Your Endless Call-Everyone Sparkle! Prism☆Tours" has been released on YouTube.
In the new work, the seven members of "SePTENTRION", including the main character Ichijo Shin, embark on a time-space journey in a Prism Show, traveling through time and worlds in a time machine. Suddenly, the sparkle of the prisms gets mixed up, and Shin and his friends meet various "Pretty Boys" who have wandered into different worlds from Shin and his friends. The released footage includes new 3DCG live footage of the three Prism Stars, formerly known as the "Three Strongest," Norizuki Jin, Himuro Sei, and Kurokawa Rei, performing a show in their active days, which Shin and his friends saw when they traveled back in time. A new song, "Lovepara! -Endless Love, Love-," sung by the members of "SePTENTRION," was also unveiled.
Male characters from the "Idol Time PriPara" and "Pretty Rhythm" series will also appear. It has also been revealed that the mysterious new character Kannazuki Ai, who was also a hot topic in the last scene of the previous film "KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1-" released last year, will appear. Ai's voice actor will be Nakayama Satsuki, who is active in the fashion model and the role of Maki in the special effects drama "Kamen Rider Zero-One".
New solo visuals of "SePTENTRION" and new character Kannazuki Ai, drawn by character designer Mai Matsuura, were also released. It was also announced that the glowing Prism Watch-style wristband-type light (Prism Watch), which was a hot topic as a pre-sale bonus for "KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1-", will be sold on a made-to-order basis. It will be sold on the website "Anime Times STORE".
In preparation for the release of the new film, Nakayama, who plays Ai, Kondo Takashi, who plays Shou, KENN, who plays Hibiki, Nobuhiko Okamoto, who plays Wataru, and Yamashita Seiichiro, who plays Yumekawa Shougo, have provided comments.
Kondo commented, "Congratulations on the announcement of the release of the latest film in the "KING OF PRISM" series. And as you can see in the promotional video, the Callings will appear in 3D! I have a lot of attachment to the work "Pretty Rhythm" and the character Shou, so I'm really happy to be able to see them again. Personally, I would be so happy if I could jump into the "infinite hug" that is synonymous with Shou. Please come to the theater and support their efforts."
KENN is enthusiastic, saying, "I am very honoured to have the opportunity to play Hibiki from Pretty Rhythm's Callings again in this way. I have fond memories of the three of us renting a rehearsal space and practicing in preparation for the event. I look forward to having fun and doing this performance so that I can surpass our performance back then."
Okamoto said, "I played the role of Wataru in Callings. My name is Nobuhiko Okamoto. I never thought I'd be able to watch Callings in the Reiwa era...! And it's even been turned into CG! I'm so excited. I clearly remember dancing while performing in Ginza and Shou's endless hugs. However, I'm very happy that there is a future for them, rather than just looking back on the past. Stay tuned for the pretty and dangerous Wataru!"
Nakayama said, "Hello everyone, I'm Nakayama Satsuki, and I will be playing the role of Ai. I am very happy to be able to be involved in a work like 'King & Prince', which has been loved by fans for so long. I saw the previous film at the cinema, and before I knew it, I had gone to see it many times privately. I will do my best to convey the good things about King & Prince that I felt to everyone through Ai. I would be happy if you would join in supporting Ai in the future!"
Yamashita commented, "Ever since I saw the theatrical release (King of Prism) of last year, I never imagined I would be involved so soon. I was exposed to the story at a cheering screening that day, and I really felt the power and uniqueness of this work, and above all, the culture that has been created together with the fans. I also looked at the current script to help with this comment, and it seems that it will not be easy. However, there is only one thing I need to do, and that is to go into the recording with the history of WITH that we have built up together. Let's enjoy this tour together, and I appreciate your support!"
