Actor Ryoko Yonekura will be appearing on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 pm on December 6th.
Twelve years ago, when the TV drama "Doctor X" series began, she was confused by the catchphrase "I will not fail," but when she realized that Daimon, who "cannot fail" for the sake of his patients, was saying it for her, she was able to say it with ease. She also talks about actor Ittoku Kishibe, who co-starred with her, actor Toshiyuki Nishida, who passed away suddenly, and actor Mitsuko Mori, who gave her encouraging words.
He started suffering from "cerebrospinal fluid hypovolemia" around 2019, and while filming "Doctor X," there were times when he was unable to walk straight, but with the support of those around him, he was somehow able to continue filming. Thanks to treatment, his severe symptoms have disappeared. By making the name of his disease public, he hopes to raise awareness and "help those who suffer from the same condition."
