To commemorate the 55th anniversary of manga artist Mitsuru Adachi Mitsuru's career as an artist, known for works such as "Touch," a special program featuring Adachi on the radio program "All Night Nippon," titled "All Night Nippon - Adachi Mitsuru's 55th Anniversary of Mitsuru Adachi Career as an Artist SP," will be broadcast from 1:00 to 3:00 a.m. on January 1, 2026.
This special program will feature guests with deep feelings for Adachi's work talking about their love for Mitsuru Adachi, and will be hosted by Yuta Nakatani of the comedy duo "Mayurika," who is known to be a fan of Adachi. Also appearing in the studio will be Yuji Mitsuya, who voiced Tatsuya Uesugi in the anime "Touch," Oki Bibiru, and Nao Kosaka of the idol group "Hinatazaka46." Comments from Noriko Hidaka, who played Minami Asakura in the anime "Touch," will also be introduced. An editor who knows Adachi better than anyone will also appear and talk about the behind-the-scenes of the production.
The program is accepting messages via email and X on the theme of "Me, Myself, and Mitsuru Adachi."
