"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a website where Higuchi Sho, the anime buyer at Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its extensive selection of anime songs, shares the best-selling anime songs and real-life opinions from the sales floor. The number one song on the store from August 31st to September 7th was "Share," the first EP by the duo " Daiki Yamashita x Tasuku Hatanaka ," consisting of voice actors Daiki Yamashita and Tasuku Hatanaka .

Yamashita and Hatanaka are close friends, and in March of this year they released their first song as the duo " Daiki Yamashita x Tasuku Hatanaka," titled "Go ahead!". Their chart-topping EP "Share" includes five tracks, including "Go ahead!" and "Bitansan Adolescence," the ending theme for the TV anime "Captivated, by You"
Coming in second place is "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS Song for Prism Itoshiki Hibi/Fading Stars/Future Transit/KoiKyun!", which includes songs from the new smartphone game "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS Song for Prism (Shanison)." It includes songs from the units "Noctil," "Seeds," "Straylight," and "Illumination Stars."
In fifth place is the second unit split single "Love Live!/ Love Live!", based on the popular anime series "Love Live!", and in sixth place is the 11th single "Sono Oto naru nara/Sympathy" by Leo/need, a band that appears in the smartphone game "Project SEKAI Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku (ProSeka)".
Coming in at 7th and 9th are Inori Inori Minase's first greatest hits album, "Travel Record," and her second half album, "Turquoise," celebrating her 10th anniversary since her debut as an artist. The two titles were released simultaneously to commemorate her 10th anniversary, with the best album including her debut single "Yume no Tsubomi" and the album title track, while the half album contains a total of seven songs written specifically to celebrate her 10th anniversary by seven creators who have had a particularly close relationship with her over the past 10 years of music.
Coming in at number 10 was "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE! SPECIAL SOLO RECORDS Yabuki Kana," part of the "SPECIAL SOLO RECORDS" project, which releases 52 solo collection CDs of all 52 idols from the popular game "THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE!" over 52 consecutive weeks.

Higuchi Sho is a buyer in charge of anime at Tower Records Shinjuku's 7th floor (Japanese music and sales promotion). He was transferred from the Machida store in 2014. He first became interested in anime through 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "BLUE SEED," and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flames," and among anime songs, he loves listening to character songs, especially those related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!" His favorite anime and games include "Pretty Rhythm," "The Idolmaster," "Photo Kano," and "Sakura Wars."
