The new "New York" version of Mitsui Fudosan's "Mitsui no Suzu-chan" commercial series starring actress Suzu Hirose has been released. This is the first overseas version of the commercial in the series, and was filmed in New York. Hirose will be introducing the appeal of Mitsui Fudosan's urban development while enjoying New York, which she visited for the first time.
The commercial begins with a scene of Hirose walking across Brooklyn Bridge in the morning, followed by scenes of her walking along Broadway and other areas. The 1251 Avenue of the Americas building, which houses the offices of Mitsui Fudosan America, and Hudson Yards, a large-scale development in Manhattan, also appear.
The "Mitsui's Suzu-chan" series uses an instrumental cover of "Namonaki Uta" by popular rock band Mr.Children, but this time a jazz arrangement version adds color to the commercial.
