It has been announced that the anime production company Kyoto Animation's (KyoAni) fan appreciation event, "The 7th Kyoto Animation Fan Appreciation Event: We Are Now!! - KyoAni's World Exhibition," will be held on October 25th and 26th at the Kyoto City Miyako Messe Industrial Promotion Hall (Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City). This will be the first time in about eight years that a fan appreciation event will be held at Miyako Messe. A newly drawn key visual featuring characters from KyoAni's works and a new commercial have been released. The commercial is narrated by Mikako Komatsu, who plays Nagumo Midori in "CITY THE ANIMATION."
More than 1,000 materials will be on display, including the original hand-drawn drawings actually used in the anime, background art, color design, CG, photography, etc. On the special stage, there will be special programs such as behind-the-scenes talks between creators from different works, and cross-talks between cast and production staff.
A special concert featuring five works from the "Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid" series, "Sound! Euphonium" series, "Free!" series, "Tsurune" series, and "Violet Evergarden" series will also be held on both days.
