The main cast of the TV anime "Alma-chan wa Kazoku ni Naritai," based on the manga by Nanateru currently being serialized on the web manga site Comic Newtype (KADOKAWA), has been announced, with Hika Tsukishiro playing Alma, the strongest girl-type weapon. It was also announced that Ryota Suzuki will play Kamisato Enji, the scientist who created Alma, and M.A.O will play fellow scientist Yoruha Suzume.
Tsukishiro commented, "Ever since I received the audition materials, I was completely captivated by the warm worldview and cute characters, so I'm very happy to have the opportunity to play this role...! I will do my best to convey to everyone the world of Alma that fascinated me, so please look forward to the anime broadcast!!"
Suzuki said, "I will be voicing Kamisato Enji, a show-off and competitive character, but at the same time, completely immune to interactions with the opposite sex. I am happy to be involved in such a fun character and production. This work is sometimes funny and sometimes heartwarming, as it depicts how Alma, a girl-type weapon, and two genius scientists gradually become a family as they spend their days together, so please look forward to it!"

The story is a comedy about the super strong and cute girl-type weapon Alma-chan and the two genius scientists who created her. The anime will be directed by Yasuhiro Minami and produced by Studio Flood.
