This week's New Releases brings you information on new comics. Approximately 390 titles will be released between November 17th and 22nd. Volume 8 of "Chiikawa Chiikawa Small and Cute," a comic based on Nagano's popular manga " Chiikawa ," which has also become a hit anime, will be released. It contains the complete "Siren Arc," the longest arc in the series' history, and a special edition with a "Mermaid Island Secret Sticky Notes & Notebook Box" bonus will also be released. Also appearing are volume 36 of " Blue Lock," a soccer manga that's been adapted into a live-action film; volume 43 of "Rent-A-Girlfriend," the fifth season of which will air on TV in 2026; and volume 26 of Rumiko Takahashi 's latest work, "MAO," which will also be broadcast on TV in spring 2026.
On November 17th, works from " Go! Go! Loser Ranger! " (Rent-A-Girlfriend , including volume 36 of " Blue Lock " and volume 43 of "Rent-A-Girlfriend," volume 15 of " YOWAYOWA TEACHER ," volume 11 of "A Hole in the Student Council Too!", volume 20 of " A Couple of Cuckoos," volume 30 of "The Quintessential Quintuplets," volume 17 of "Gachiakuta," volume 6 of "Kaijin Fugeki," volume 24 of "The Four Knights of the Apocalypse ." Other titles also on sale include volume 8 of " The Shiunji Family Children " by Reiji Miyajima , who is also the creator of " Rent-A-Girlfriend A-Girlfriend," volume 18 of the baseball manga "The Irregulars," and volume 21 of the basketball manga "DEAR BOYS ACT4."
On November 18th, the 26th volume of "MAO" will be released, as well as the 2nd volume of Shimamoto Kazuhiko's new work "Vampire Doll Kou" and the 2nd volume of Fujita Kazuhiro's new work "Silver Mountain."
On November 19th, the release dates will include volume 17 of the baseball manga "Captain 2," volume 23 of "Draft King," volume 2 of "Märchen Crown," created by the production team consisting of Aka Akasaka , Aoi Ikujira, and the manga artist unit "Ajichika," volume 10 of "Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda," which has been adapted into a TV drama, volume 19 of "Radiation House," volume 14 of "Chojin X" by Sui Ishida , known for the " Tokyo Ghoul " series, and volume 21 of "Zon 100: 100 Things to Do Before You Become a Zombie," which has been adapted into a TV anime and a live-action movie.
On November 20th, the 26th volume of " Record of Ragnarok," the third season of which will be released on Netflix in December, the 22nd volume of "The Unknown Transfer Student Comes On Strong," which has been adapted into a TV anime, and the 12th volume of "Jahy-sama Won't Be Discouraged!" will be released.
On November 21st, in addition to the regular and special editions of volume 8 of "Chiikawa Nanka Chiisana Kutta Kawaii Yatsu," stores will stock the following: volume 18 of "Catch Me at the Ballpark!", a comedy set in a professional baseball stadium; volume 10 of "Nikaido Jigoku Golf," a golf manga by Nobuyuki Fukumoto, known for the popular "Kaiji" series; volume 68 of the soccer manga "GIANT KILLING," volume 10 of the "youth time loop comedy" "August 31st's Long Summer," volume 15 of "The Atelier of Witch Hat," which will be adapted into a TV anime in 2026; and volume 18 of "Blue Period," which has been adapted into a TV anime and a live-action movie.
