Actors Kanna Hashimoto, Ryoko Shinohara, and Kei Tanaka appeared at the Kao "Biore the Body" new product CM launch event held in Tokyo on March 12th.
Hashimoto, who Shinohara admires, said with shining eyes, "I really want to be a cool woman like her. She has an overwhelming aura and you would think she would be difficult to approach, but she is so kind and talks to me in a friendly manner that I mistakenly think we are very close."
Shinohara praised Hashimoto, saying, "Kanna Hashimoto is as beautiful as a doll, and I think this is what they mean when they say someone is truly beautiful."
Hashimoto said with a smile, "I'm really grateful. Even before the event I was given so many compliments that I got really excited (laughs). I'm really thankful and happy."
Kao will release a new body wash, "Biore the Body Totonoihada," on April 12th, which aims to improve the condition of skin that is a mixture of oily and dry, known as "greasy skin." The TV commercial featuring Shinohara, Tanaka, and Hashimoto will air nationwide from April 9th. It will be available on Kao's official YouTube channel from March 12th.
