The eighth episode of the drama series " Madoka26sai,kenshui Yattemasu! " (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm), starring actress Kyoko Yoshine , aired on March 4th. Miwa was struggling to decide between a total mastectomy or a partial mastectomy after hearing from breast surgeon Manami (Mori Kanna). Manami told her that there was a method called "reconstruction" to reshape the breast, but that it was not without risks. Ryotaro, who was also present, recommended Miwa to have a total mastectomy, saying that "life is more important" and that there was no need for reconstruction. Miwa told Manami that she wanted to have a total mastectomy only, and not reconstruction.
Later. Miwa had been desperately trying to raise Ryotaro, but her boyfriend Antonio's words made her think, "I can live for myself," and she told Manami and Madoka (Yoshine). "First of all, I wanted to have my breasts reconstructed and make a new start."
