The vertical short drama app "POPCORN" by GOKKO, who runs the creator group "Gokko Club," has been launched, and it has been revealed that new original short dramas such as "Iijima-san Wants to Kiss!!" starring Misora Kuwajima, who has been hailed as a "new-age short-haired beauty," will be distributed.
"POPCORN" develops entertainment works by up-and-coming creators who will lead the next generation, with the concept of "Bringing emotion to your "gaps." "Iijima-san Wants to Kiss!!" is a romantic comedy about a protagonist who becomes interested in "kissing" after witnessing a friend kissing, and struggles to get her "first kiss." Kuwashima plays Iijima-san, a headstrong girl with bangs and glasses.
Kuwashima-san revealed, "It was my first time playing a leading role, and it was a comedy. I was really nervous at first," and commented, "As we continued filming, I relaxed and before I knew it, I was enjoying it!" "Fake Affair is Love too!" is a fake affair romantic comedy starring Watanabe Daiki and Mizuhara Yuki, while "A Handsome Man Dedicated to You Season 2" is the second installment of a youth love story between a handsome girl and a dog-like boy, starring Iwanami Shiori, Abe Iori, Asaki Mana, Goto Mitsuteru, and Sasaki Honoka.
