Uta and Prirun rescued Ema and returned home. On TV, the Cure Idols were being talked about as "mysterious new idols who are the talk of social media." When they returned to their room, Prirun was contacted by Pikarine, the queen of Kirakiland. According to Pikarine, one day, someone calling herself Darkine appeared and cut the "Big Kirakira Ribbon," the source of the light, and Kirakiland was plunged into darkness.
The next day, Uta arrives at school to start the new semester and is surprised to see a poster advertising the Cure Idol Research Club. She is smug about the attention the world is giving to Cure Idols, including her classmates Mikoto Higashinaka and Nana Aokaze. Meanwhile, the Chokkiri Gang appears in town again.
It was also announced that Sayaka Ohara will be playing the role of Pikarine, the queen of Kiraki Land. Ohara commented, "In 'Hug Precure,' I played the role of Papple, an enemy executive, but I'm excited to be involved with the Pretty Cure series again, and to hear that I'll be playing the important role of an ally this time, and the queen of Kiraki Land! I'm overwhelmed with joy. The Pretty Cure series reflects courage and hope like a rainbow that shines brightly in the hearts of viewers across time and generations. I'm excited to see what kind of sparkle I can create with the encouraging cast and staff of Kimi Precure."

The legendary saviors, Idol Precure, sing, dance, and give "fan service" for "you," the people they love, the people they care about, the people who support them, the people next to them, and the people in front of them, and your presence makes Idol Precure shine brightly and strongly.
