It has been announced that the comic "Kerberos Panzer Cop Kai" (Futabasha), based on the manga "Kerberos Panzer Cop" by Mamoru Oshii and illustrated by Kamui Fujiwara, will be released on March 19th. The book will include a complete collection of "Inurou Densetsu", which has been serialized since 1988, including color pages, a comic adaptation of Oshii's live-action directorial debut "The Red Spectacles", which was published in "Manga Action" (published by the same publisher) in December 2024 and became a hot topic, and a commemorative roundtable discussion between Oshii, Fujiwara, and Izubuchi Yutaka.
It was also announced that a 4K restored, 5.1 channel version of "The Red Spectacles" will be screened nationwide from March 21. This will be the first time that the 1987 film will be screened nationwide.
