It has been revealed that Miyata Toshiya of the popular group Kis-My-Ft2 will be the MC for the special navigation program for the second season of the TV anime Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, based on the manga by Aida Iro, which is currently being serialized in Monthly G Fantasy (Square Enix). Miyata, who has been watching the first season and has read the original manga, will delve into the behind-the-scenes stories of the series.
The show will be broadcast on TBS from 4:30 pm on January 5, 2025. Megumi Ogata, who plays Hanako-kun and Tsukasa, Akari Kito, who plays Nene Yashiro, and Junichi Toki, who plays Akane Aoi, will also appear. The opening video, which features the opening theme "L'oN Lion" by Masayoshi Oishi, will also be released for the first time.
"Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun" is a comedy about the occult girl Nene Yashiro, who loves magic spells, and Hanako-kun, the seven mysteries of the school. The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2020. The second season will be broadcast on TBS from January 12, 2025, every Sunday at 4:30 pm.
