It has been announced that a tribute book commemorating the 90th anniversary of the birth of the late Fujiko F. Fujio, known for the popular manga "Doraemon," called "Fujiko F. Fujio Tribute & Original Work Anthology F THE TRIBUTE" (Shogakukan) will be released on November 22nd.
A stellar lineup of authors including Asano Inio, Ishiguro Masakazu, Yoshizaki Mine, and Watanabe Wataru participated in the book, which includes 16 works in total, including 8 works published in the 3rd issue of "F Life" (Shogakukan), a special issue commemorating the 80th anniversary of Fujiko's birth, released in 2014, plus 8 newly drawn works. It also includes interviews with each author and their favorite original comics that they chose as motifs for their tribute works.
