Popular actor makes surprise appearance as voice actor on "DOPE" - "Too luxurious" is a hot topic

The fourth episode of the TV drama " DOPE " (TBS, Friday 10pm), starring Kaito Takahashi of the popular group "King & Prince" and actor Tomoya Nakamura , aired on July 25th. The popular actor made a surprise appearance as a voice actor, which became a hot topic on social media as "too luxurious."

Watanuki Mitsuru (Araki Yuko), a drug enforcement officer who is caring for her grandmother, receives a call from her father, Keigoro.

The story is based on the same-titled novel (Kadokawa Bunko) by Kizaki Chiaki, who made her debut as a novelist after winning the grand prize in the 20th Dengeki Novel Prize with "Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens." Set in a near-future Japan where a mysterious new drug called "DOPE" is rampant, Saiki Yuto, a rookie narcotics agent with the secret Narcotics Control Department Special Investigation Division (Special Investigation Division), and Jinnai Teppei, the division's trainer, attempt to solve a mysterious case.
