MegaHobby EXPO 2024 Past to the Future, a figure exhibition hosted by MegaHouse, opened in Akihabara, Tokyo on September 28th. In addition to AKIBA_SQUARE, where it has been held so far, it will also be held at Bellesalle Akihabara, making it the first time that the exhibition will be held at two venues simultaneously. AKIBA_SQUARE will be open until 6pm on the same day, and Bellesalle Akihabara will be open until 5pm.
Bellesalle Akihabara will be exhibiting "ONE PIECE" figures. In addition to figures from the "P.O.P (Portrait. Of. Pirates) One Piece" series, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, MegaHouse figures such as "G.E.M.", "Rukappu", "MEGA CAT PROJECT", "Variable Action Heroes", and "Petit Rama" will be gathered. A giant statue of Luffy in "Gear 5" will also be on display.
AKIBA_SQUARE will be displaying new products from companies such as MegaHouse, Alter, Hobby Japan, Kotobukiya, and Aniplex. There will also be a retrospective of the late animator and character designer Kimura Takahiro, and figures from Megahouse's "Code Geass" series will be on display.
A giant statue of Hatake Kakashi's figure, "G.E.M. Series Naruto - Palm-sized Kakashi Sensei," will also be on display, where visitors can take commemorative photos. New figures from "Gundam," "Aura Warrior Dunbine," "Future Century GPX Cyber Formula," and other series will also be unveiled.
