On September 18, NHK announced that the annual New Year's Eve "75th NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen" will be held at NHK Hall (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) on December 31.
The show will be broadcast on NHK General, BS Premium 4K, BS8K and Radio 1 from 7:20 pm to 11:45 pm on December 31 (with some news interruptions). Applications to watch the show will open online at 11 am on October 3.
