It has been revealed that the number of views of the drama series "Sky Castle" (TV Asahi, Thursday 9pm) starring Matsushita Nao has exceeded 2 million for six consecutive weeks since its premiere. The total number of views from the premiere to the latest episode 6 has exceeded 15 million (both according to Video Research).

The drama is based on the Korean hit "SKY Castle: Upper Class Wives" (2018-19). It depicts the slushfest of wives from the upscale residential area of Sky Castle, as they compete for promotion for their husbands who work at a hospital, and for their children's entrance exams. Matsushita, Kimura Fumino, Higa Manami, and Takahashi Maryjun play the wives, while Koyuki plays an entrance exam coordinator who has a 100% success rate in getting her students into their chosen schools.

After a one-week break, the next episode, episode 7, will air on September 12th. This episode marks the beginning of the final chapter. Using the secret of their blood ties as a shield, Sae (Matsushita) is unable to resist Miku (Tamaki Sora) who demands to be officially treated as "family", and the Asami family heads straight for the "road to collapse". Meanwhile, a "tragic incident" occurs that will shake Sky Castle once again.
