On September 5th, TBS held a briefing on its October schedule changes and announced that "Street Rumors Checkout! What's Really Gossip About It?" (Wednesdays at 8pm) will be broadcast as a new regular program.

Actor Namase Katsuhisa will serve as MC, and regular guests will include Oshima Miyuki from comedy trio Morisanchu and actor Mitsushima Shinnosuke. The show will be a variety show that examines the truth behind the many "sweet stories" and "long-standing questions" that abound in the world.

The popular late-night variety show "Sore wa Jitsutte!? Dounano-ka" (Chukyo TV/Nippon TV) ended in March this year, after which TBS aired the special program "Street Rumors Checkout! What's Really Gossip About It?" four times.

Kazuya Nomura, who is in charge of programming, said, "We are going to respond to the requests of our viewers by brushing up the popular content produced by the team at 'Far East Television,' which has produced many popular programs, and challenge ourselves to create a new project and new program for primetime. We have aired it a total of four times since June as a special program, and it has been well received by a wide range of viewers, and we have high expectations for it to become a regular program." He showed confidence.

When asked about the circumstances that led to the decision to "transfer" the program to another station, Keita Mishima replied, "We have been in communication with Chukyo Television, but we have been told to refrain from answering details..." However, he added, "Our responsibility is to simply compile and broadcast attractive content, so I think it all comes down to the fact that we pursued that."

He said that there are "not many cases where a program is transferred to another station, but it is not the first time," and explained, "There is good content that is no longer being broadcast, so we thought it would be a good idea to broadcast it on our station and reach our viewers."

The program will start on October 9th. The first episode will be a special edition that will air from 8:30 pm.
