The fourth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " The 19th medical record " (Sundays at 9pm), starring Jun Matsumoto , aired on August 10th. The scene in which Takino ( Fuka Koshiba) confronts Sachi (Kurashina Kana), the wife of Anjo Kota (Hamano Kenta), who suffers from diabetes, attracted attention.

Sachi accompanied Kota to every hospital visit, prepared nutritionally balanced lunches, and thoroughly addressed his diabetes. However, six months had passed and Kota's test results had not improved at all. Moreover, Kota was reluctant to undergo treatment, and Sachi became increasingly frustrated, complaining to the hospital that "his doctor, Shikayama (Hiroya Shimizu) was not giving him good advice."
As a result, the Anjo couple's medical examinations were assigned to the general medicine department. At Tokushige's (Matsumoto) suggestion, Shikayama would examine Kota, and Takino would examine Sachi.
Although she is a family member of a patient, Takino is excited to have the opportunity to "examine" the patient on her own for the first time since coming to the general medicine department. "I'm Takino Mizuki from the general medicine department, and I'll be listening to your talk from today!" she greets cheerfully, but Sachi coldly tells her, "It's not me who's sick, it's my husband."
Takino started to speak, "Well, Sachi..." but Sachi interrupted, "Are you talking about getting your family's help again? I can't do it even if you tell me to try harder! Up until now, I've studied a lot of nutrition and stuff..." she spat.
Overwhelmed by Sachi's behavior, Takino continued, "Tell me your story. I'll listen to everything," and then listened to Sachi talk for nearly two hours.
