Fuji TV's daytime live program "Pokapoka" (Monday-Friday, 11:47 AM) aired on June 30th, and at the end of the program, the cast and program content for July 1st were announced.
Titled "The Scientifically Proven Encyclopedia of Amazing Habits," a bestseller in the first half of the year, this special episode features Moe Oshikiri and Shugo Tsurusaki (QuizKnock) as guests, and will reveal 30 life-changing techniques related to health, diet, and mental well-being.
Regular cast members on certain days of the week include Yasumura, Harisenbon (Haruna Kondo and Haruka Minowa), Daigo Kato, and announcer Chihiro Sugihara, who will be hosting the show.
