The variety show "Kaiun! Nandemo Kanteidan" (TV Tokyo, Tuesdays at 8:54 PM), hosted by talent Koji Imada, freelance announcer Akira Fukuzawa, and former Sakurazaka46 member Yuka Sugai, will feature a number plate from a C62 steam locomotive, acquired at a bargain price, as its "treasure" on June 30th.
According to the client, the treasure was discovered on a flea market app in March of this year. The C62 is a very popular steam locomotive, and there are many replicas of its number on the market, but the client bought it thinking that a replica would be fine. When it arrived and he looked at it closely, he found several traces that suggested it had actually been used, so he is hopeful that it might be an amazing find.
