The final episode (episode 10) of NHK's "Drama 10 'Convenience Store Brothers: Tenderness Mojiko Kogane Village Branch'" (NHK General, Tuesdays at 10 PM), starring Kento Nakajima, will air on June 30th. The subtitle for this episode is "Heartfelt Convenience Store Party Food."
"Convenience Store Brothers" is based on the novel of the same name by Sonoko Machida. It is a heartwarming and mysterious human comedy set in a convenience store in Mojiko, Kitakyushu City. Nakajima plays two roles: the protagonist, the "pheromone store manager" Mitsuhiko Shiwa, and his older brother, the "wild, anything-goes guy" Nihiko Shiwa.
In the final episode, Nose (Hisako Manda) suggests a party to celebrate Hikari's (Rena Tanaka) award.
As preparations were underway, Hirose (Fuku Suzuki), who had a lunch date with Tsugi, showed up at the restaurant to find Kieru (Rina Arashi) also present. Hirose spoke of his lack of individuality and rejected Kieru, but Tsugi unexpectedly told him about his own charm.
On the day of the party, Shiwa reunited with someone. It was Koki Nise (Kengo Takara), the boyfriend of Shiwa's first love, Mihoro...
