It has been revealed that Ken Katsuno, a former Fuji TV announcer, will be making his debut as a reporter on Yomiuri TV's information program "Kansai Joho Net ten."
Katsuno joined Fuji Television in 2022. As an announcer, she appeared on programs such as "Mezamashi TV" and "Pokapoka." Although Katsuno is from Chiba Prefecture, she decided to move to Kyoto after getting married and resigned from Fuji Television on June 15th.
Katsuno commented, "I moved to Kyoto after getting married, and I'm taking a new step in the Kansai region. There's still a lot I don't know about Kansai, but that's precisely why I want to share the charm of the people and towns I meet on the ground, learning about them one by one, from the same perspective as the viewers." She added, "As a reporter for 'ten.', I will do my best to be close to the lives of the people of Kansai." She will also be in charge of an irregular live broadcast segment on "ten." that will showcase the charms of various parts of Kansai.
