The new TV commercials for the online shop creation service "BASE," starring actress Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, titled "Tetsuko and the Parrot: Tetsuko Wants It" and "Tetsuko and the Parrot: The Parrot Wants It," were released on December 5th. They will be broadcast from the same day.
The new commercial begins with Kuroyanagi and a parrot facing each other in a gorgeous room surrounded by flowers. In the "Tetsuko and the Parrot - The Covetous Tetsuko" version, Kuroyanagi addresses the parrot with "Tetsuko-san" and "very," and the parrot imitates her words. Kuroyanagi then tries to get the parrot to compliment her by saying "wonderful," but the parrot replies with "BASE."
In the "Tetsuko and the Parrot - The Greedy Parrot" episode, Kuroyanagi begins singing the sound logo, "If you're going to open a store online, it's BASE," and the parrot repeatedly requests "one more time," to which Kuroyanagi laments, "I've had enough."
