THE GUNDAM BASE POP-UP WORLD TOUR in SAPPORO, a pop-up store for Gundam Base, a comprehensive Gunpla facility, will open at Daimaru Sapporo (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) on February 19, 2026. It will be open for a limited time until March 8, 2026. This will be the third location in Japan to open as part of THE GUNDAM BASE POP-UP WORLD TOUR, which is touring areas and regions around the world to commemorate the 45th anniversary of Gunpla, following Osaka and Nagoya.
In addition to Gunpla, there will be a wide selection of Gundam-related products, including general merchandise and sweets, as well as an approximately 2-meter Gundam statue and new products on display. There will also be an assembly experience session.
The Gundam Base POP-UP World Tour's pre-sale Gunpla will also be available: "MG 1/100 Gundam Base Limited Gundam Astray Red Frame [Recirculation Color/Neon Pink]," "MG 1/100 Gundam Base Limited Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka [Recirculation Color/Neon Pink]," and "RG 1/144 Gundam Base Limited RX-78-2 Gundam Ver.2.0 [Gundam Base Color]."
