A clip from the film "Kaze no Majimu" (directed by Haga Kaoru), starring actress Sairi Ito, was released on September 4th. The clip, titled "Okinawa Scenery," includes a scene in which Ito's character, Majimu, meets the chairman of the island's Chamber of Commerce, played by Higo Katsuhiro.

The video begins with a scene of sugarcane fields stretching out as far as the eye can see. The protagonist, Majimu, uses his paid vacation time to visit Minamidaito Island on a whim, but is overwhelmed by the island's vastness when a passing light truck stops in front of Majimu. A man from the island, Higashie Daijun (Higo), gets out of the car and calls out to Majimu with a worried look on his face, asking, "Miss, are you okay?"

Ito stars in the film adaptation of the novel of the same name by Harada Maha, which has sold over 140,000 copies. Based on the true story of Kinjo Yuko, who wanted to create a special rum from the sugarcane grown in the winds of Minamidaito Island, and who used an internal venture competition to launch a business and rise from a contract employee to president, the film follows the story of the protagonist, Inami Majimu, a contract employee who has led an ordinary life, as she meets people, gets those around her involved, and, with the support of her family, realizes her dream. It is a tale of the protagonist's growth and the sincerity of the people around her. The theme song is "Anoyo de ne" by Moriyama. The film will be released in Okinawa on September 5th, followed by a nationwide release on the 12th.
