The idol group CANDY TUNE attended the "Tokyo Skytree Town Dream Christmas 2025" illumination lighting ceremony held at Tokyo Skytree Town (Sumida Ward, Tokyo) on November 6th.
The seven appeared under the Skytree before it was lit up in cute all-white outfits. Fukuyama Rino said with a smile, "This is my first time (at a lighting ceremony), so I'm very nervous. I'm excited," while Murakawa Bibian said enthusiastically, "I was surprised to hear that there would be 530,000 lights. It's an important role, so I'll do my best."
When the countdown signal was pressed and the Skytree was lit up in Christmas colors, the members were thrilled, exclaiming, "It's so beautiful!" and "It's amazing!" Afterwards, they sang "Jingle Bells" together with the Sumida Boys and Girls Choir, which is based in Sumida Ward.
When asked about her Christmas plans, Ogawa Nanako said with a smile, "I work with them every year, and Fukuyama Rino's birthday is (December 24th), and our producer Kimura Misa's birthday is also around Christmas, so we all celebrate together. We've been talking about having a Christmas party this year. I'd like to buy a whole cake and chicken and spend the time together watching our favorite movies."
When asked about her goals for next year, Kotomi Tachibana said enthusiastically, "With the addition of 'Double Fight!', more people are finally starting to know about us, so I want to become an idol group that everyone knows, like Skytree!"
