On June 17th, actress Yumi Adachi made a guest appearance at the opening event for the cosmetics event "ENERGETIC MONSTER HIRO ODAGIRI BEAUTY SELECTED POP UP," which is being produced by hair and makeup artist Hiro Odagiri and will be held from the 18th to the 22nd in Omotesando, Tokyo. When asked what she does to stay "energetic," as the event's title suggests, Adachi, now 43, said, "I think it's important to forgive yourself and take time to pamper yourself. Also, to be tolerant. That's really important."
She revealed that she "keeps a fairly level head both at work and in her personal life," and said that by forgiving, pampering and being tolerant of herself, "she is able to release energy when she needs it."
Odagiri, who is close enough to Adachi that Adachi says, "I've been to his house and we eat meals together," said of Adachi, "He always gives off a sense of stability. Whenever I meet him, he has the same level of excitement and enthusiasm. He's truly a professional. I'm the kind of person who gets emotional ups and downs, so I feel like I have to be like this."
Adachi also tried out the "Hiro Fortune Telling" that was set up at the event. She picked out the "Proverb Fortune Telling" that was a collection of 29 words from Odagiri, and said, "Aging deepens beauty." She agreed, saying, "That's so true."

The event will be held at Cranes 6142 (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo). This will be the first time that Odagiri has produced such an event. Cosmetics from domestic and international brands selected by Odagiri will be on display. Opening hours are 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
