A promotional movie for Seiyo City, Ehime Prefecture, starring model and actor Akane Hotta, titled "Sei, Ippai! Seiyo City - Full of the charm of local specialties" has been released.
The video rhythmically introduces the charms of Seiyo City, set to an original song with the memorable call of "Say!". Hotta's seven transformations of facial expressions using a face-out panel make for a video that leaves an impact both visually and audibly.
