Singer Aina the End appeared at the rehearsal for the 76th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen, held at the NHK Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo on December 28th. She appeared in an off-the-shoulder, midriff-baring top and a miniskirt, and spoke about her enthusiasm for her first solo appearance on Kouhaku.

Aina the End explained, "I've had the opportunity to sing 'Kakumei Douchuu -On the Way' (which I'll be performing this time) at various live shows and on TV, and I wore my newest costume for that."

"The Kohaku Uta Gassen is a traditional Japanese program, a kind of song festival that everyone looks forward to once a year, so I want to do my best and not bring shame to myself," she said enthusiastically, and then straightened her back, saying, "I want to look the most beautiful I've ever been in my life, but also have a bit of a poisonous quality to it, something that is Aina the End."

The theme of the 76th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen is "Connecting, Connecting, New Year's Eve," and it will be hosted by Hiroiki Ariyoshi, Haruka Ayase, Mio Imada, and announcer Naoko Suzuki. It will be broadcast from 7:20 pm to 11:45 pm on December 31st (with some news breaks).
