Sunrise World, a venue that sells original merchandise from Sunrise anime and displays related materials, will be hosting the "SUNRISE WORLD ~Deformed Robot Fair~ VOL.2" from July 17th. This is the second installment of the popular deformed robot fair, which was first held in March 2025. As with the previous event, original merchandise featuring deformed robot illustrations drawn by Koji Yokoi, also known as "Yokoi-sensei," will be on sale.
Yokoi said, "I drew the Billbine from Aura Battler Dunbine, the L-Gaim Mk-II from Heavy Metal L-Gaim Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam Zeta Gundam, King Exkaiser from Brave Exkaiser, Zegapain Altair from Zegapain , and Lancelot from Code Geass: Lelouch of Code Geass ."
As a bonus for purchasing merchandise, a random mini shikishi (decorative paper board) featuring original artwork by the creators will be distributed for every 3000 yen spent. New additions include "Fang of the Sun Dougram," "Absolute Invincible Raijin-Oh," and "The Vision of Escaflowne," with illustrations drawn by Kunio Okawara, Takahiro Yamada, and Kimitoshi Yamane, respectively.
