The fifth episode of the TV Asahi drama series "My Cheating Husband with 3 Months to Live" (Fridays at 11:15 PM, excluding some regions), starring actor Jin Shirasu, aired on May 22nd.
Seeking a way to bring her son Ren (Ono Koshirou) back from his parents' home, Aoi (Shirasu) takes advantage of the fact that her cheating wife Mizuki (Sakurai Hinako) believes she can marry Kenji (Takahashi Mitsuomi) if she gives him 100 million yen, and confronts Kenji directly to try and get him to say, "I have no intention of marrying Mizuki."
When Kenji welcomed Aoi, he surprisingly offered her alcohol, saying, "Let's start with a toast," despite her suffering from cancer. The two then nearly got into an argument, but Kenji said, "Women and marriage are just tools to me! If Mizuki brings me 100 million yen, I'll marry her properly," and then he blew his alcohol-soaked breath into Aoi's face.
As Aoi was leaving, Kenji said, "You don't know anything about Mizuki, do you? Her mother is a husband killer. You'd better be careful."
