In the fifth week, the first class of nursing students, all aiming to become trained nurses, have gathered: Rin (Mikami), Naomi (Uesaka), Tae (Ikuta), Kiyo (Kikuchi), Yuki (Nakai), Shinobu (Kigoshi), and Tome (Harashima), a diverse group of individuals with varying ages and backgrounds. Their dormitory life begins under the guidance of Principal Kajiwara (Ise) and dormitory supervisor Matsui (Hyunri), but nursing classes have not yet begun because Ms. Burns (Emma Howard) is late arriving in Japan.
