The first episode of the drama series "Galaxy Vote" (Kansai TV/Fuji TV, Mondays at 10 PM), starring actress Haru Kuroki, aired on April 20th, and it has been revealed that the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region) was 5.0% for households and 2.9% for individuals.
The drama is an "election entertainment" story in which the protagonist (played by Kuroki), who has been ousted from the political world, recruits a bar owner with no political experience as his election strategist and takes on the Tokyo gubernatorial election. The bar owner is played by Noro Kayoko.
In the first episode, a mysterious letter of accusation arrives for the father of the party secretary-general, stating, "You killed him." His daughter and secretary, Mari (Haru Kuroki), sets out to uncover the truth, only to be fired... and that's how the story unfolds.
