Former Japan national football team player Tsuyoshi Kitazawa and his daughter Riyo will appear on the 3-hour special of the talk variety show "Odoru! Sanma Goten!!" (Nippon Television Network) airing at 7 p.m. on April 7th.
The show featured three segments: "The Strongest Second Generation Parent-Child Observation," "Rare Surnames vs. Common Surnames," and "A Advice Session for People with Glasses." The Kitazawa family appeared in "The Strongest Second Generation Parent-Child Observation." On the topic of whether parents are strict or laissez-faire, Riyo revealed Kitazawa's overprotective nature, saying, "She tells her boyfriends, 'I'm going to punch you in the face first.'"
However, when Kitazawa herself confessed to having stumbled upon her daughter and her boyfriend on a date, Riyo was shocked, exclaiming, "No way!" This revealed an unexpected side of Kitazawa, who had previously declared she would "punch the boyfriend in the face."
