Introducing Taichi Makimura from the Asadora"Kaze,Kaoru"

NHK's Asadora drama series "Kaze,Kaoru " (NHK General, Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM, etc.), starring Ai Mikami and Juri Kosaka , will begin airing on March 30th. This 114th Asadora is based on the story of two trained nurses (nurses formally trained in the Meiji era), Chika Ozeki and Masa Suzuki. Here, we introduce Taichi Makimura, played by Yuta Hayashi.

Taichi Makimura is the best friend and student of the "mysterious young man" Kenjiro Shimada (played by Masaya Sano).

This will be Hayashi's second appearance in a Asadora, following "The Tiger and Her Wings" (first half of 2024), where he plays the role of Taichi Makimura.

"Kaze,Kaoru" depicts the story of two women who graduated from the same nursing school, struggling with how to interact with patients and doctors, clashing with each other, growing as individuals, and eventually becoming the "ultimate buddy duo." Mikami plays the main character, Ichinose Rin, and Uesaka plays the other main character, Oya Naomi.

The script is written by Tomoko Yoshizawa, who has worked on a wide range of genres, from comedies and family dramas to medical dramas and period dramas. The theme song is "Kaze to Machi" by the three-member band "Mrs. Green Apple".
