Kunimura's real name is Yoshihiro Yonemura, and his roots are in Yatsushiro City, Kumamoto Prefecture. His paternal grandfather was a successful temple carpenter in Palau, but he died in the war, and the remaining family had to walk a path of hardship. On the other hand, his maternal grandfather was successful in the sericulture business. His mother, Ritsuko, who grew up cheerful, was fond of his father, Hiroshi, who had a dark life full of hardship.
