It has been announced that the TV anime "The Frontier Lord Who Started with 0 Subjects," based on the popular light novel by Fuuro, will begin airing in July. Additional cast members have also been announced, with Taito Ban as Klaus, Miku Ito as Senai, Haruka Shiraishi as Aihan, and Jun Fukuyama as Eldan.
The story is a "slow-life fantasy about developing a territory," in which Dias, a hero who saved his country through his exploits in war, is rewarded by the king with a vast grassland devoid of people and houses. The series has sold over 2.5 million copies in total.
A key visual depicting the protagonist, Diaz, smiling in front of a yurt (tent) built on a vast plain, along with the first promotional video featuring the main characters, have been released.
