The latest film, "Fallen Angel of the Highway," is set in Yokohama, where Conan and his friends are visiting the Kanagawa Motorcycle Festival, a motorcycle festival, when a mysterious, out-of-control "black motorcycle" suddenly appears in front of them. Pursuing it is Hagiwara Chihaya, a police motorcycle officer from the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Traffic Mobile Unit, who Ran once saw as the "Goddess of Wind." Later, at the festival site, a police motorcycle equipped with the latest technology, "Angel," is unveiled. Meanwhile, in Tokyo, a "black motorcycle (Lucifer)" goes out of control.
