The level of attention on this day fluctuated wildly from the middle of the event after the opening ceremony, creating a graph that showed three distinct peaks. However, all three times it fell just short of reaching the 70% mark.
◇"Are you over Kotaro-nii-sama?"
The first peak of the "peak" is at 8:06 AM (68.6%), when An (Hayasaka Miharu), unable to sleep before her wedding, is looking at her wedding dress upstairs when Rin comes in. Nothing particularly major happens, but perhaps the viewership jumped because it was Kotaro's second appearance of the day.
At 8:12 AM, Shimaken happens to pass by Rin and Kotaro, who are chatting happily, and strikes up a conversation. During this time when they introduce themselves to each other, their level of attention drops sharply to around 65%.
Seeing Rin's attitude, did Kotaro sense that Shimaken was his romantic rival? Shimaken spoke in his usual manner, but perhaps his competitive spirit had begun to burn brightly, as Kotaro strongly appealed to Shimaken, saying, "Like Rin, I want to work in medicine to be of service to society." At around 8:13 AM, the rating rose to 68.7%, and at the ending at 8:14 AM, it recorded the highest value of the day at 69.8%, creating the final "peak."
At around 8:14 AM, Shimaken leaves, and Kotaro declares to Rin, "Rin, I'm definitely going to make it big." Saying this, he takes some money from his wallet, hands it to Rin, and then briskly leaves.
